Pei-ju Lee

Pei-ju Lee is the Deputy Director of Research at Bradley, Foster & Sargent, Inc., based in Hartford, CT. In this role, Lee is responsible for conducting in-depth research and analysis on individual securities, supporting investment decisions across client portfolios. His work focuses on delivering actionable insights for the firm's investment committee and supporting its overall research strategy.

Lee covers a range of sectors and asset classes, with emphasis on individual equities and direct research coverage for multiple industries. His analytical approach is informed by previous experience as a Fund Manager at the University of Connecticut, where he managed student-run investment portfolios and gained practical exposure to security selection and portfolio management. Prior roles also include serving as a Graduate Assistant at Bradley, Foster & Sargent, Inc., building foundational experience in investment analysis and research.

Lee holds an MBA in Business Analytics & Project Management from the University of Connecticut, as well as master's and bachelor's degrees in Biochemical Science and Technology from National Taiwan University. His diverse academic background gives him a strong analytical skill set, particularly in quantitative analysis and research methodology. He is recognized for his leadership, including selection to the 2024 Class of Connecticut Professionals' Leadership Academy.
