Scott Warren

Scott B. Warren, CFA, is a Senior Analyst at Chickasaw Capital Management LLC in Memphis, Tennessee. In his current role, he is responsible for conducting in-depth business and asset valuations, including the analysis of complex securities such as derivatives and loan portfolios, and supporting the firm’s investment research and portfolio management process.

Scott’s expertise centers on the valuation of midstream energy assets, with significant experience in business combinations and the appraisal of securities across the energy infrastructure and related financial sectors. At Chickasaw Capital Management, which is known for its specialization in midstream energy, Scott focuses on supporting investment strategies involving Master Limited Partnerships (MLPs), pipeline operators, and other energy infrastructure investments.

He began his career at KPMG as an Audit Senior Associate and later as a Valuation Senior Associate, where he handled diverse assignments in asset valuation and financial analysis. Scott holds a Master in Accountancy, cum laude, and a Bachelor of Accountancy (minor in Finance) from the University of Mississippi, and is a CFA charterholder. He previously held a Certified Public Accountant designation (2011–2015).
