Jessica C. Welch is a Portfolio Manager at Choate Investment Advisors in Boston, MA, where she works closely with high net worth individuals, trusts, foundations, and endowments to develop customized investment strategies aligned with each client’s financial objectives and risk tolerance. She specializes in equities portfolio management and comprehensive financial planning, leveraging her CFP® certification and background in responsible investing to deliver tailored solutions across asset classes.

Prior to joining Choate Investment Advisors in November 2023, Jessica served as Portfolio Manager, Principal, and Philanthropic Advisor at Lowell, Blake & Associates, where she also led charitable giving coordination and equity portfolio management. Her earlier experience includes more than a decade in nonprofit fundraising and client services at organizations such as Community Servings, Emerald Necklace Conservancy, and NorthStar Asset Management, enhancing her expertise in charitable portfolios and mission-driven investing.

Jessica holds a BA in History with a minor in Mathematics from the University of Vermont, as well as a certificate in Financial Planning from Boston University. She is recognized for her analytical acumen and commitment to integrating philanthropic goals into investment management, particularly in managing equity portfolios for trusts, donor advised funds, and charitable foundations.
