Dan Gibson

Dan Gibson is Vice President and Senior Portfolio Manager of Alternative Investments at Fort Washington Investment Advisors, Inc. based in Cincinnati, Ohio. In this role, he leads the firm’s Income Alternatives Investment program, with a primary focus on portfolio construction and due diligence for private debt investments, serving institutional and high-net-worth clients.

Gibson specializes in alternative asset classes with an emphasis on income alternatives, particularly private debt and related strategies. His responsibilities include managing diversified portfolios, conducting investment diligence, and formulating strategies in private credit markets and other income-oriented alternatives.

He began his career in corporate finance at Western & Southern Financial Group before joining Fort Washington, where he progressed through leadership roles in alternatives and public equity, ultimately assuming his current senior position. Gibson holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, and he is a CFA charterholder.
