Irene Tsai

Irene Tsai is Vice President and Institutional Investment Strategist at Fort Washington Investment Advisors, Inc., based in Cincinnati, Ohio. In her current role, she partners with institutional clients to deliver portfolio strategy, investment solutions, and market insights, drawing on extensive experience in both business development and relationship management. Her work focuses on institutional asset allocation and strategy, with a particular emphasis on investment grade fixed income and domestic equity securities, as established in her previous leadership positions.

Prior to joining Fort Washington, Tsai served as Director of Intermediaries at Johnson Asset Management, where she managed key client relationships and was instrumental in expanding the firm’s intermediary division by introducing unique fixed income strategies to the advisor market. She began her investment career in the family office services division at Johnson Investment Counsel, focusing on portfolio management for high-net-worth clients and multi-asset class strategies.

Tsai holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Music (Piano) Performance from Denison University. She is recognized for her achievements in building scalable, client-focused investment solutions and is passionate about fostering innovation and diversity within the asset management industry. Her expertise includes institutional fixed income, domestic equities, and developing tailored investment programs for both intermediaries and direct institutional clients.
