Jason Ronovech

Jason Ronovech is Vice President and Senior Portfolio Manager at Fort Washington Investment Advisors, Inc., based in Albany, NY. He leads the Small Company Equity investment strategy, overseeing the portfolio construction and investment process for small-cap equities. His responsibilities include making investment decisions and guiding research for the strategy, with a specific focus on small company stocks within the technology, consumer, and health care sectors as well as broader small-cap and SMid-cap equity opportunities.

Ronovech brings over two decades of investment management experience. Before joining Fort Washington in 2017 through the acquisition of Sentinel Group Funds, he was lead manager for the Sentinel Small Company Fund at Sentinel Investments (2013–2017). Earlier, he co-managed flagship Small Cap and SMid Cap portfolios at Paradigm Capital Management, and built and led its equity research team, serving as lead analyst for technology, consumer, and healthcare sectors.

He holds a BA in Economics from Hamilton College and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). His notable contributions include establishing effective research practices and generating competitive performance in small-cap equity investing, especially across technology, healthcare, and consumer industries.
