Sidnei Harmon

Sidnei Harmon is a Relationship Management Research Associate at Fort Washington Investment Advisors, Inc., based in Cincinnati, Ohio. In this role, she supports client relationship management through research-driven insights, data analysis, and tailored investment communications, partnering closely with relationship managers and investment teams. Her responsibilities include client servicing and supporting investment solutions across private and public markets for institutional and individual investors.

Prior to joining Fort Washington in 2022, Sidnei held roles as Senior Case Consultant in Annuity Operations at Western & Southern Financial Group, where she developed expertise in annuities and retirement solutions, and built operational acumen working across client-focused and technical teams. She also contributed to community development as an Assistant Coach at Cincy Swish, reflecting her leadership and mentoring skills.

Sidnei holds an MBA from Western Governors University and a B.B.A. in Business Administration and Management from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Her investment focus spans multi-asset strategies and fixed income solutions, with additional experience in retirement and insurance-linked asset classes. She has been recognized as a high-achieving professional through participation in programs like the Urban League of Greater Southwestern Ohio’s African American Leadership Development Program.
