Rich Hennion

Rich Hennion is the Co-Founder and Partner of Hennion & Walsh Inc., based in Parsippany-Troy Hills, NJ. In this role, he serves as a driving force behind the firm’s strategic direction and operations, overseeing the delivery of comprehensive financial solutions to individual investors. Hennion & Walsh is recognized as a full-service investment firm, and under Rich Hennion's stewardship, it has guided more than 18,000 individual investors over three decades.

Rich Hennion’s areas of specialization include tax-free municipal bonds, asset management, estate planning, brokerage, and life insurance. He is especially regarded for his expertise in tax-free municipal bonds, helping clients navigate this asset class to optimize tax efficiencies and achieve their long-term financial goals. His leadership ensures a focus on personalized investment solutions, with a commitment to prioritizing the individual investor’s needs.

Prior to founding Hennion & Walsh in 1990, Rich held the position of Managing Director of Investments at Moore & Schley. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Villanova University and has completed additional certifications, including the FinTech program at The Wharton School. Rich is active in several professional organizations and has successfully passed multiple FINRA series examinations, reflecting his thorough understanding of securities regulations and dedication to industry best practices.
