Rich Jones

Rich Jones is Vice President, Partner, and Secretary of the Board of Directors at Mitchell Capital Management Co. in Lenexa, Kansas. He has been with the firm since 1996, serving as a portfolio manager with a primary focus on equity investments, and is an integral member of the Equity Investment Committee, overseeing investment strategy and presenting to the board on a semi-annual basis.

Throughout his career at Mitchell Capital, Jones has specialized in managing equity portfolios for a variety of client segments, including high-net-worth individuals, foundations, endowments, and institutional investors, with an emphasis on U.S. stocks and a research-driven approach grounded in proprietary screening. He has played a significant role in the launch and ongoing management of the MCM All-Cap Growth Fund since its inception in 2013, demonstrating multi-cap and sector-diverse equity expertise.

Prior to joining Mitchell Capital, Jones began his investment career at Boatmen's First National Bank in Kansas City in 1980, where he had extensive portfolio management responsibilities over 13 years.
