Martha Mead

Martha Mead, CFA, is an Investment Analyst at Northside Capital Management, LLC, based in Ketchum, Idaho. In her current role since 2020, she is actively involved in investment research, supporting the firm’s portfolio construction and due diligence processes for high-net-worth clients and institutional investors. Her responsibilities include analyzing market conditions and evaluating investment opportunities across multiple asset classes and sectors in collaboration with the wider Northside research team.

Prior to joining Northside Capital Management, Ms. Mead held development positions at the Sun Valley Museum of Art (formerly Sun Valley Center for the Arts), where she managed fundraising activities and member communications. Her professional background includes broad experience in stakeholder engagement and organizational development, which complements her analytical work in the investment field.

Ms. Mead holds a B.A. with honors in Geology and European Studies from Amherst College, where she was a Mellon Fellow, and completed summer studies in Constructed Environments at Parsons School of Design – The New School. She brings interdisciplinary expertise to Northside, particularly in the research and evaluation of global securities and value-added investment strategies, and supports the firm’s mission of sophisticated, forward-looking portfolio management.
