Steven Carroll is Principal and Chief Technology Officer, Finance at Northside Capital Management, LLC, based in Hood River, Oregon. He is responsible for overseeing all technological operations and company finances, ensuring the firm maintains cutting-edge systems for security, compliance, and scalability. Since joining the firm in 2002, he has played a key role in integrating technology with investment management processes to support Northside’s global, value-added portfolio strategies.

Carroll’s expertise spans finance technology, operational risk management, and platform security within the investment management sector. At Northside, he focuses on developing and maintaining the firm's technology infrastructure to support sophisticated, forward-looking investment portfolios across a diverse range of asset classes and global markets. Prior to Northside Capital Management, Carroll was a business analyst at Qwest Communications, where he specialized in performance forecasting and financial reporting. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Washington, bringing a strong analytic and quantitative foundation to his work in investment operations and technology.
