Christopher Sargent

Christopher Sargent is Co-Founder and Principal at Sargent Investment Group, based in Washington, DC, where he leads the firm's investment strategy and client advisory services. With more than five decades of experience, he is responsible for portfolio construction and overseeing wealth management for a diverse clientele, specializing in multigenerational family wealth and fiduciary advisory.

Mr. Sargent focuses on public equities, fixed income, and comprehensive financial planning, drawing on substantial expertise developed through a long career at prominent Wall Street institutions. Prior to Sargent Investment Group, he began his investment career at Auchincloss, Parker and Redpath in 1966, continuing as Managing Director - Investments at Sargent Investment Group of Wells Fargo Advisors until 2018. Mr. Sargent holds a degree from Williams College and is acknowledged for his commitment to integrity and long-term value creation in the investment industry.
