Thomas Morr is a Partner and Managing Partner at Simon Quick Advisors, LLC, based in New York, NY. In his current role, he oversees the firm's Client Team, ensures exceptional service delivery, and leads initiatives to improve operational efficiency and technology adoption. He also serves on the firm's Executive Committee, playing a key role in executing the strategic vision and mentoring team members for professional growth.

Tom's expertise is centered on comprehensive wealth management, financial planning, and investment advisory services for high-net-worth individuals, families, endowments, foundations, and 401k plans. He provides strategic guidance tailored to each client's unique goals, with experience spanning multiple asset classes and industries. Prior to becoming Partner in 2023, Tom advanced through the ranks at Simon Quick Advisors since joining in 2012, moving from Analyst to Head of Client Advisory and building a department of over 35 professionals. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in History with a Business minor from Siena College and the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and CAIA designations. He also serves on Siena College's Board of Trustees and Investment Committee, reflecting his commitment to education and industry leadership.
