Jonathan Lynn

Jonathan Lynn is Portfolio Manager and Director of Fixed Income at Stonebridge Capital Advisors LLC in Saint Paul, MN. In his current role, he leads the firm’s taxable and tax-exempt fixed-income team, overseeing credit analysis, trading, and fixed-income portfolio management for individual and institutional clients. His investment focus includes investment-grade municipal bonds and other fixed-income securities, with responsibilities spanning client solutions, customized strategies, and review of portfolio risks and opportunities in related asset classes.

Jonathan brings nearly 25 years of financial industry experience, beginning his career as a Registered Sales Assistant at Dougherty & Company LLC, where he supported institutional sales for fixed-income securities (2000–2006). He then served as Fixed Income Analyst at Stonebridge Capital Advisors from 2006–2011, before advancing to Portfolio Manager in 2011. His expertise lies especially in credit analysis, fixed-income trading, and portfolio construction for tax-sensitive accounts.

Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Information Management from the University of North Dakota, awarded in 1999. He is an active member of the National Federation of Municipal Analysts and has contributed to local industry organizations. Jonathan’s leadership and focus in municipal and taxable fixed-income sectors have established him as a key figure in delivering customized investment solutions at Stonebridge Capital Advisors.
