Steven Roorda

Steven Roorda serves as Director of Research and Portfolio Manager at Stonebridge Capital Advisors LLC in Medina, MN. In this capacity, he is a lead member of the Investment Review and Research Committees, where he oversees equity research and portfolio management, working directly with clients to develop customized investment solutions tailored to their objectives.

Mr. Roorda specializes in equity analysis across all sectors of the S&P 500, with a particular focus on the consumer discretionary sector. His expertise includes developing and managing large capitalization growth, growth and income, and dividend income equity strategies, targeting companies with sustainable revenue and net income growth within their respective industries.

With over four decades of investment industry experience, Steven Roorda began his career as a Special Situation Analyst at Stifel Financial and subsequently held senior roles at First Kentucky Company, Omega Advisors, T. Rowe Price, and Ameriprise Financial Services—where he contributed to global consumer discretionary and emerging markets research. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Kentucky and has been recognized with six Lipper Awards for distinguished portfolio performance over multi-year periods.
