Emily Davis

Emily Davis is a General Partner at New Enterprise Associates (NEA) in New York, NY, where she leads investments and manages portfolio companies for one of the world's largest and most active venture capital firms. In her current role, she is responsible for sourcing new opportunities, leading due diligence, and supporting high-growth startups throughout their development.

Prior to joining NEA, Emily held investment banking positions at Morgan Stanley, progressing from Investment Banking Specialist to Manager, where she developed expertise in financial analysis, capital markets, and complex transactions for global clients. Her experience spans multiple sectors, though at NEA she is particularly focused on technology, healthcare, and enterprise software investments – key areas for the firm.

Emily holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Harvard University and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Bologna Business School. She is recognized for her analytical rigor, leadership in deal execution, and her role in driving successful exits and value creation for NEA-backed companies.
