Siddarth Ramkumar

Siddarth Ramkumar is a Portfolio Manager at Angel Oak Capital Advisors, LLC, based in New York, NY. In his current role, he is responsible for asset allocation and specializes in investment strategies focused on residential mortgage-backed securities (RMBS). His work contributes to portfolio management decisions and drives performance within Angel Oak’s structured credit and mortgage sector offerings.

Prior to joining Angel Oak in 2024, Siddarth held senior investment roles including Executive Director at Amherst Capital Management and Portfolio Manager at Sovarnum Capital, L.P., where he gained extensive experience managing fixed income and structured product portfolios. Throughout his investment career, he has developed expertise in mortgage credit, securitized products, and asset-backed securities, consistently focusing on U.S. residential real estate and related credit markets.

Siddarth earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore and a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. He is recognized for his analytical rigor and strategic insight in structured finance, strengthening Angel Oak’s leadership in RMBS and mortgage credit investing.
