Brandon Geisler

Brandon Geisler is Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager at Alger, based in Denver, Colorado, where he leads the Mid Cap Growth Strategy, including the Alger Mid Cap Growth Fund (AMCZX). In this role, he constructs focused, high-conviction portfolios emphasizing mid-cap growth equities, with particular expertise in companies undergoing significant dynamic change across industries such as technology, consumer, healthcare, and alternative energy.

Prior to joining Alger in 2022, Brandon was Partner, Managing Director of Research and Marketing, and Portfolio Manager at Marsico Capital Management, contributing to strategies covering U.S. and global growth equities, including the Marsico Focus and Mid Cap Growth Funds. He began his investment career as Vice President of Equity Research at Goldman Sachs, focusing on the consumer, technology, and energy sectors.

Brandon holds an MBA in Finance and an Honors Bachelor of Science in Physical Sciences from McMaster University in Canada. With over two decades of industry experience, he is recognized for his contributions to fundamental, research-driven growth investing and for his active engagement in identifying transformative companies and investment opportunities, particularly within dynamic sectors such as electric vehicles, payments, and healthcare innovation.
