Hikmat Rasulov

Hikmat Rasulov is a Research Analyst at GlobeFlex Capital LP in Boston, Massachusetts, where he joined the investment team in 2016. He currently leads a team of research analysts in the India office, serving as a sector head and overseeing the accuracy and completeness of all financial data used for global equity strategies. His responsibilities include sector-focused fundamental and quantitative research to support institutional long-only global equity investments.

Rasulov specializes in global equity markets, with particular emphasis on emerging markets and small cap equities, collaborating closely with international research colleagues to identify high-potential investment opportunities. Prior to joining GlobeFlex, he worked at Virtua Research, and began his career as a financial analyst at Avesta Investment Group in Uzbekistan, gaining broad exposure to cross-border investment research and financial analysis.

He holds a Master of Science in Finance from Clark University Graduate School of Management, where he received a Graduate Merit Scholarship and Assistantship, and a Bachelor of Science in International Economic Relations from the University of World Economy and Diplomacy in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. Rasulov is recognized for his rigorous analytical capabilities and his contributions to building robust research processes supporting multi-region portfolio teams.
