Trishul Goswami, CFA, is a Partner and Portfolio Manager at GlobeFlex Capital LP in San Diego, California. He joined GlobeFlex in 2016 and is responsible for portfolio management and equity research, including the oversight and execution of the firm’s strategies in international small-cap and frontier equity markets, particularly the award-winning GlobeFlex Frontier All Cap strategy.
Goswami’s expertise encompasses global equity markets with a strong emphasis on emerging and frontier market equities as well as international small-cap stocks. He plays a pivotal role in analyzing and managing diversified portfolios focused on sectors prevalent in these regions, such as technology, financials, and consumer services.
Prior to joining GlobeFlex, Trishul Goswami held senior analyst roles at Soros Fund Management (Quantum India Fund), Pequot Capital Management (global equity market neutral fund), and Franklin Templeton Investments’ equity research team. He began his career as a Quantitative Research Analyst at Salomon Smith Barney in New York. Trishul holds a Master of Science in Predictive Analytics from Northwestern University and Bachelor of Arts degrees in Applied Mathematics and Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, reflecting his extensive experience and analytical skillset in quantitative investing and emerging markets.
