Iris Williams

Iris Williams is Vice President and Senior Portfolio Manager at O'Shaughnessy Asset Management, LLC, based in San Francisco, CA. In her current role, she leads portfolio construction and oversees investment strategies focused on quantitative equity portfolios, with a particular emphasis on U.S. and international equities for institutional clients and high-net-worth individuals. Her responsibilities include delivering risk-adjusted returns, leading research efforts, and managing multi-asset investment solutions in line with client mandates.

Williams brings extensive industry experience from her previous position as VP and Senior Portfolio Manager at Bear Stearns Asset Management, where she managed equity and multi-asset portfolios and played a pivotal role in advisor strategy development. Earlier in her career, she served as an International Market Analyst at Deutsche Bank, where she conducted in-depth analysis of global markets, and began her finance career as an Investment Trading Intern at Citibank, gaining exposure to fixed-income and derivative products.

Williams holds an MBA in Business Administration from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business and a BS in Economics from Duke University.
