Jake Gallion

Jake Gallion is a Global Equities Trader at Paradice Investment Management LLC, based in Denver, Colorado. In this capacity, he is responsible for executing trades across a range of equity strategies including Global Small Mid Cap, Global All Cap, and International All Cap portfolios, focusing on listed equities across developed and emerging markets. His work requires a strong command of global markets, order execution, and risk management for diverse equity sectors.

Prior to joining Paradice in 2019, Jake developed expertise in alternative assets and fund operations at ALPS, A DST Company, where he spent over five years progressing from Senior Hedge Fund Accountant to Supervisor of Alternative Investments. He managed teams responsible for portfolio accounting, NAV reporting, and audited financial statement production, giving him broad knowledge of both hedge fund and private equity structures.

Jake holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with emphases in Accounting and Finance from the University of Colorado at Boulder, Leeds School of Business. With over 11 years of experience in financial services, his career highlights include trading and operational oversight across multiple asset classes, as well as direct support for global equity investment strategies.
