Paul Mason

Paul Mason is a Portfolio Manager at Paradice Investment Management LLC, based in Denver, Colorado, where he co-manages the Paradice Global Small Cap and Global Small Mid Cap strategies. He is responsible for overseeing global small and mid-cap equity portfolios, focusing on identifying undervalued, well-capitalized companies with competitive advantages across various industries and regions, unconstrained by benchmark or sector allocations. Prior to Paradice, he worked as an accountant in the Business Advisory and Taxation division at KPMG Australia, gaining foundational experience in finance and business law.

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with majors in Accounting, Finance, and Business Law from the University of Wollongong, Australia, underscoring his strong analytical and quantitative skills. With more than 15 years of experience in asset management, Paul's significant contributions include refining risk management processes focused on downside protection and driving long-term performance in international small and mid-cap investing.
