Krishna Chintalapalli is a Portfolio Manager and Senior Research Analyst at Parnassus Investments, LLC, based in San Francisco, California. In his current role, he leads portfolio management and research for the Parnassus Value Equity strategy and the Value Select ETF, with a focus on implementing relative-value investing integrated with sustainability considerations.

His coverage includes large-cap value equities, with a particular emphasis on fundamental analysis and ESG (environmental, social, and governance) criteria. He is directly responsible for identifying, analyzing, and investing in companies that meet Parnassus’ rigorous sustainability and valuation standards, spanning diverse industry sectors in the U.S. equity market.

Prior to joining Parnassus in 2022, Krishna was Vice President of International and Global Equities—and previously held analyst roles—at Ariel Investments, where he focused on global equity research. He holds an MBA in Finance from the Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Engineering from West Bengal University of Technology, underpinning his expertise in equity analysis and sustainable investing.
