Alexandra Crenshaw

Alexandra Crenshaw is a CMBS Analyst and Trader at Securian Asset Management, where she focuses on the analysis, trading, and risk management of commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS). Her work primarily encompasses the commercial real estate debt markets, with a specialization in structured finance instruments, including CRE CLOs (Commercial Real Estate Collateralized Loan Obligations) and single asset, single borrower (SASB) transactions.

Prior to her current role, Alexandra served as Vice President - Structured Products at The TCW Group, where she further honed her expertise in securitized fixed income and structured investments. She also gained valuable experience as a Senior Associate in Capital Markets at Limekiln Real Estate Investment Management, engaging in real estate debt investment strategies and managing capital markets activity.

Alexandra holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from New York University and is recognized for her analytical skills in the structured credit sector, particularly within commercial real estate debt and securitized products. Her proficiency spans the evaluation and trading of complex asset-backed securities, making her a key contributor to Securian Asset Management’s fixed income and alternatives investment teams.
