Natalie Pesque

Natalie Pesqué, CFA, is a Portfolio Manager at Wasatch Advisors LP (Wasatch Global Investors), based in Salt Lake City, Utah, where she leads the management of the Wasatch Micro Cap Fund and contributes to the management of small-cap growth equity strategies. She specializes in U.S. micro- and small-cap equities, focusing on identifying high-quality growth companies across the micro-cap and small-cap segments of the market. Her role encompasses both portfolio construction and fundamental research within these asset classes, with an emphasis on companies displaying strong growth potential and business durability.

Pesqué began her investment career at Wasatch in 2015 as an Analyst, progressed to Associate Portfolio Manager, and was promoted to Portfolio Manager in 2022. She has played an integral role in research and strategy development for her teams, notably helping to drive robust research processes supporting the firm’s micro-cap focus. In recognition of her leadership and contributions, Pesqué was named an employee shareholder, reflecting her importance to the firm's investment team and culture.

Pesqué holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, summa cum laude, from the David Eccles School of Business at the University of Utah, where she also received the Outstanding Business Graduate Award. She is a CFA charterholder, further underscoring her expertise in equity research and portfolio management. Prior to her investment career, she gained experience as an entrepreneur and a teaching assistant in Business Law at the University of Utah.
