Thomas Bradley

Thomas Bradley is the Lead Portfolio Manager at Wasatch Advisors LP (Wasatch Global Investors) in Salt Lake City, Utah, where he oversees the Micro Cap Value strategy. In his current role, Bradley manages investment portfolios with a focus on U.S. micro-cap and small-cap equities, developing custom strategies for individuals, businesses, investment companies, and institutional clients.

Bradley specializes in domestic micro-cap and small-cap equity analysis within the U.S. market, with expertise in portfolio construction and model portfolio management for diversified investment vehicles. He joined Wasatch Global Investors as a small cap analyst in 2014 and has progressed through roles as Associate Portfolio Manager and Portfolio Manager before being promoted to Lead Portfolio Manager for the Micro Cap Value Fund in 2024.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Japanese Language and Literature from the University of Utah, and previously contributed scientific research at the University of Utah Medical School prior to entering investment management. Bradley’s notable achievements include his leadership transition as part of Wasatch’s long-term succession plan for the Micro Cap Value Fund and his ongoing influence on the firm’s small- and micro-cap equity investment strategies.
