Arjun Kapoor

Arjun Kapoor is a Partner at Kinetic Partners, a leading crossover investment fund where he oversees investments in enterprise software businesses across both public and private markets. Based in New York, he is recognized for driving the firm’s strategy in the technology sector, with a particular focus on high-growth enterprise software companies and digital infrastructure.

Prior to joining Kinetic Partners in 2021, Arjun built his career at The Blackstone Group, working within its Tactical Opportunities and Growth Equity units, where he played a seminal role in investments in leading software companies such as Snowflake, Vectra AI, Cvent, and Diligent Software. He also gained experience in private equity at Vista Equity Partners and co-founded Scala Computing, a technology company that secured partnerships with industry leaders like Amazon Web Services.

Arjun earned his degree in Computational and Applied Mathematics and Economics from the University of Chicago, where he was awarded the Stamps and Presidential Scholarships as well as the Early Career Achievement Award. He currently serves on the boards of Scala Computing and Kura Labs, and has been honored with the Congressional Award Gold Medal for his commitment to service and innovation in finance and technology.
