Christopher Golden

Christopher Golden is the Founder and Chief Investment Officer of Kinetic Partners LP, a crossover hedge fund launched in 2021 with offices in New York and Miami. In this capacity, he oversees the firm’s investment strategy, which spans both public and private markets, with a focus on long-short equity and private equity investments. The firm’s public market portfolio emphasizes technology, consumer, and industrial sectors, with top current holdings in companies such as Amazon, NVIDIA, Microsoft, Broadcom, and DoorDash.

Golden brings over two decades of experience in the investment industry, previously serving as Partner at Darsana Capital Partners from 2014 to 2021—a firm specializing in concentrated, long-term investments in companies experiencing significant secular change. Prior to Darsana, he held key roles at Blue Ridge Capital as Managing Director and at Marble Arch Investments as an Analyst, further grounding his credentials within the notable Tiger Management network.

He earned his bachelor’s degree in Commerce, focusing on Finance and Accounting, from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce. Golden is recognized for his expertise in growth equity, technology, and special situations investing, and for successfully launching and scaling Kinetic Partners LP with support from leading institutional investors. His leadership has positioned Kinetic among the notable public-private crossover funds engaging prominently in both established and emerging sectors.
