Rohan Shah

Rohan Shah is currently an Analyst at Merewether Investment Management, LP, based in Houston, TX, where he focuses on research and investment analysis supporting the firm’s specialized strategies in the energy sector. His responsibilities include financial modeling, due diligence, and monitoring investments primarily within the energy industry, aligning with Merewether’s institutional alternative investment focus.

Before joining Merewether, Rohan served as an Analyst at 24A Capital Management and held the position of Assistant Vice President at EIG Global Energy Partners, where he gained significant experience in private equity, with a strong emphasis on energy and infrastructure investments. These roles allowed him to develop robust expertise in evaluating upstream, midstream, and power generation assets, as well as complex, structured transactions tied to energy markets.

Rohan holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BBA in Business Honors and Finance from The University of Texas at Austin. Throughout his career, he has distinguished himself by his rigorous analytical skills and depth of knowledge in the energy investment landscape, contributing to structuring and executing transactions across the oil & gas, renewables, and energy infrastructure sectors.
