Jordan Thorpe

Jordan Thorpe, CFA, is an Analyst at Compass Capital Management, Inc., based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this role, he supports the firm’s investment research, contributes to portfolio management decisions, and is involved in client relations and operational support. As part of Compass Capital’s investment team, Jordan helps analyze and manage client portfolios, applying the firm’s disciplined approach to long-term investment selection.

Prior to joining Compass Capital Management in 2023, Jordan served as an Investment Analyst at Gradient Investments LLC, where he gained experience in portfolio analysis, investment research, and supporting high-net-worth clients. His professional background also includes earlier operational roles during his studies, further grounding him in organizational and market fundamentals.

Jordan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Financial Management Services from the University of Minnesota Duluth, as well as a degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business. He is a CFA® charterholder, signifying a strong foundation in investment analysis and ethics. At Compass, his expertise focuses on equities and multi-asset class portfolios, with an emphasis on high-quality investments and strategic asset allocation.
