Tilchin began his career by establishing Tilchin Financial in 1994 and became a pioneer in the independent advisory space before co-founding Jaffe Tilchin Wealth Management in 2007. Under his leadership, the firm has expanded custodial partnerships and grown to manage diversified traditional and bespoke portfolios including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, ETFs, options, and structured notes, with a strong emphasis on risk management and multi-custodial strategies.
