David Klaskin

David M. Klaskin is the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer at Oak Ridge Investments, which he founded in 1989. He leads the firm and its investment team, overseeing the development and implementation of the investment discipline applied across all Oak Ridge products. Klaskin also chairs the firm’s Executive Committee and is a prominent spokesperson, having been featured in numerous financial media outlets.

Klaskin serves as co-portfolio manager for the firm’s Small/Mid Cap Growth, Large Cap Growth, and All Cap Growth equity strategies, and is the lead portfolio manager for the Dividend Growth strategy. His investment focus is centered on actively managed U.S. equity strategies, specifically in growth equities and dividend growth sectors. Oak Ridge’s approach under his direction emphasizes fundamental research, dynamic company selection, and long-term capital appreciation for clients.

Prior to founding Oak Ridge, Mr. Klaskin spent eight years as an investment executive at Shearson Lehman Hutton. He holds a B.S. in Finance from Indiana University and is recognized for his disciplined, client-aligned investment philosophy and repeatable investment process.
