Peter Simon

Peter Simon is Managing Partner at Simon Quick Advisors, LLC, where he leverages more than four decades of investment management experience to lead the firm’s strategic vision and client engagement. He has played a key role in merging his family office with Simon Quick Advisors, delivering bespoke financial solutions and overseeing complex family wealth structures. His work focuses on multi-asset wealth management, including public and private securities, convertible instruments, and family office investments spanning equities, fixed income, and alternative asset classes.

Prior to joining Simon Quick Advisors in 2017, Peter co-founded William E. Simon & Sons, LLC, where he managed family wealth and philanthropic activities over nearly three decades. Earlier, he was Managing Director in the Convertible Securities Department at Kidder Peabody, establishing himself as a specialist in convertible securities and institutional equity trading, leading one of the industry's first focused research teams in converts. He has also held significant board and investment committee roles at major foundations and non-profits, emphasizing his expertise in strategic asset allocation and philanthropy.

Peter holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Lafayette College and attended Newark Academy, with further graduate study at NYU's Graduate School of Business. His career is marked by a commitment to investment innovation, family office leadership, and philanthropic stewardship, serving on boards such as the Richard Nixon Foundation and The Arnold and Mabel Beckman Foundation, often as investment committee chair.
