Wayne Yi

Wayne Yi, CFA, is Chief Investment Officer and Partner at Simon Quick Advisors, LLC, based in New York, NY. In this role, he leads the firm’s investment strategy, oversees market outlook, and drives portfolio management initiatives for high-net-worth individuals, families, and institutions. His responsibilities include chairing the Investments team and executing Simon Quick’s investment philosophy across traditional and alternative asset classes.

Mr. Yi’s expertise spans multi-asset portfolio construction, manager selection, due diligence, and risk assessment, with particular focus on alternative investments, private equity, hedge funds, fixed income, and credit markets. He is recognized for identifying unique opportunities across asset classes and implementing innovative portfolio management techniques that respond to dynamic market environments. Before his current role, he served as Head of Investments and Senior Managing Director at Simon Quick Advisors and was previously Co-Portfolio Manager and Executive Director at SAIL Advisors.
