Adam Dukoff is a Real Estate Securities Analyst at Third Avenue Management, based in Austin, Texas. In his current role, he is a core member of the firm's Real Estate team, where he is responsible for researching, analyzing, and recommending publicly traded real estate securities within global markets. His investment specialization centers on listed real estate equities and related sectors, leveraging a disciplined value-oriented approach to identify opportunities across property types and geographies.

Before joining Third Avenue Management in 2020, Adam was a Financial Services Consultant at Hestia Capital Management and held an Investment Banking Associate position at Deutsche Bank, focusing on capital markets and advisory services. He began his career as an underwriter, providing him with fundamental credit and risk assessment experience across the financial sector.

Adam holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Syracuse University’s Martin J. Whitman School of Management. He is recognized for his expertise in value investing strategies and brings a strong analytical background to real asset security selection, with direct experience in the analysis of REITs, property companies, and real estate operating businesses.
