Siobhan Mangini

Siobhan Nolan Mangini is a Partner at Venrock, where she leads investments in healthcare technology and services. Based in San Francisco, she currently serves on the boards of Alight Solutions, Cityblock Health, SmithRx, Virta Health, and Marathon Health, helping to guide strategy and growth for pioneering companies in health benefits, care delivery, and digital health. Her focus at Venrock includes early and growth-stage healthcare companies transforming the delivery, access, and efficiency of care through technology-enabled models and data-driven solutions.

Prior to joining Venrock, Siobhan built her career as an operator at the intersection of healthcare, policy, and technology. She served as President and Chief Financial Officer at NGM Biopharmaceuticals and Castlight Health, and held prior board roles at Artemis Health. Her expertise spans scaling healthcare SaaS businesses, life sciences, health benefits innovation, and leveraging AI and advanced analytics in care delivery.

Siobhan holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, an MPA from Harvard Kennedy School, and a BS in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
