Martin Telfer

Martin Telfer is the Portfolio Manager - Private Equity at the Texas Permanent School Fund, based in Austin, TX. In this capacity, he is responsible for overseeing the fund’s private equity portfolio, including sourcing, evaluating, and managing investments across a diverse range of private equity strategies.
