Michael Hu

Michael Hu currently serves as Senior Investment Officer at the Texas Permanent School Fund Corporation in Houston, Texas, where he oversees strategic investment activities to support K-12 public education funding in the state. In this capacity, he is engaged in asset allocation, manager selection, and portfolio oversight, working closely with a diverse range of investment management firms as part of the PSF’s rigorous underwriting and governance programs.

His professional expertise spans public and private market investments, cultivated during prior roles as Vice President and Associate at Macquarie Group, where he focused on infrastructure, energy, and real assets, and developed significant analytical and transaction experience in these sectors.
