Mary D'Onofrio

Mary D'Onofrio is a Partner at Crosslink Capital, where she leads the Crossover investment team with a focus on private, venture-growth investments. Her core responsibilities include sourcing and managing Series B-plus investments in software, particularly within artificial intelligence (AI), vertical software, infrastructure, and developer platforms. She is instrumental in shaping the firm's strategy around identifying and supporting companies driving or adapting to rapid advancements in AI.

Before joining Crosslink Capital, Mary spent seven years at Bessemer Venture Partners, where she rose to Partner and was a founding member of the firm’s growth investment practice. She played key roles in investments across the SaaS and cloud sectors, backing companies such as Anthropic, Canva, HashiCorp, Toast, Auth0, Teleport, Wrapbook, and Zapier. Her board memberships include Teleport and direct investor experience with leading AI companies like Anthropic.

Mary holds an MBA from the Yale School of Management and an AB in Politics from Princeton University, graduating with honors. She is recognized for her thought leadership in cloud software, including designing industry benchmarks such as the BVP-Nasdaq Emerging Cloud Index and Forbes Cloud 100. Her expertise covers growth-stage SaaS, enterprise AI, infrastructure, and the broader cloud ecosystem, contributing to her reputation as a leading investment professional in the software and technology sectors.
