Phil Boyer

Phil Boyer is a Partner at Crosslink Capital, a prominent Bay Area venture capital firm, where he leads early-stage investments in consumer and enterprise technology companies across North America. His key responsibilities include sourcing, evaluating, and supporting founding teams, particularly those developing innovations in enterprise applications, infrastructure, vertical software, and frontier technology. Phil plays an instrumental role in helping strong technical teams build category-defining companies, with a focus on AI, data, developer tools, SaaS, security, fintech, health, logistics, and consumer sectors.

Throughout his career, Phil has built a reputation for deep sector expertise in enterprise and vertical software, investing in companies such as BetterUp, Forma.ai, Inscribe, Overjet, Syncari, Verodin, and Weave (IPO NYSE: WEAV). Before joining Crosslink in 2014, he was an investor at Tenfore Holdings in New York, where he made notable investments in Optoro and Trulioo. Phil began his professional journey publishing technology sector research at Credit Suisse and RBC, covering major companies including Google, Amazon, and LinkedIn.
