Quentin Ostrowski

Quentin Ostrowski, CFA, is a Principal and Portfolio Manager at CastleArk Management LLC, based in Chicago, Illinois. He joined CastleArk in 2002, initially as a research analyst on the large cap growth team, and now co-leads the firm's large cap growth investment strategy, focusing on identifying high-growth opportunities within the U.S. equity markets.

Ostrowski has broad expertise in equity research and portfolio management, with a sector emphasis on large cap growth stocks. Throughout his tenure at CastleArk, he has helped design and implement growth-oriented equity portfolios for institutional and high net worth clients, with a focus on U.S. large cap equities. His previous roles include portfolio manager and equity analyst at Swiss Bank/O’Connor & Associates and Compass Asset Management, where he managed long/short funds and conducted in-depth research across multiple industries.

Entering the investment industry in 1988 and moving to the institutional side in 1993, Ostrowski holds a Bachelor of Science from Northern Illinois University’s College of Business. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), recognized for his disciplined investment process and long-standing contribution to growth equity management.
