Benedict Buckley

Benedict Buckley is a Portfolio Manager at ClearBridge Investments in New York, NY, where he leads the Sustainability Leaders Strategy. Prior to his current role, Buckley served as Director and Portfolio Analyst, and earlier as Vice President and Portfolio Analyst, within ClearBridge’s ESG Investment Program, where he played a key role in developing and refining the firm’s sustainability research and investment frameworks. He holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Environmental Technology from Imperial College London and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Biology from The University of Manchester. Buckley is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and has been instrumental in launching ClearBridge’s annual stewardship reports, highlighting the firm’s commitment to responsible investing and active engagement with portfolio companies.
