Noah Mayer

Noah Mayer, CFA, is a Portfolio Manager at Hotchkis & Wiley Capital Management LLC in Los Angeles, where he has been a member of the investment team for 17 years and brings over two decades of industry experience. In his current role, he specializes in overseeing investments across the capital goods and technology sectors, and is a key member of the firm’s capital goods, consumer, and technology sector teams.

Prior to joining Hotchkis & Wiley, Noah Mayer served as a business analyst at Capital One, supporting U.S. Credit Card Operations as an internal consultant, and began his career as a business consultant in AMS’s Financials and Insurance Group. This multifaceted experience has equipped him with deep expertise in both operational analysis and sector-specific investment research, especially within industrials and technology.

Noah holds a BS in Management from the State University of New York at Binghamton, an MBA from the Wharton School, and an MA in International Studies from the Lauder Institute at the University of Pennsylvania. As a CFA charterholder, he is recognized for his rigorous analytical approach and has contributed significantly to his firm’s investment strategies within his specialist sectors.
