Jessica Ersfeld

Jessica Ersfeld is a Vice President and Research Analyst at Sit Investment Associates in Minneapolis, MN. In her current role, she is primarily responsible for the research, analysis, and trading of mortgage securities within the firm’s fixed income team, directly overseeing strategies that emphasize mortgage-backed securities and other related fixed income instruments.

With over 15 years at Sit Investment Associates, Jessica has built deep expertise in investment analysis and financial services, leveraging her prior experience as a Relationship Specialist at Wells Fargo to inform her analytical approach. Her focus on mortgage securities positions her as a key specialist in the firm’s fixed income portfolio management team, contributing to strategies targeting stability of principal and income generation for clients through investment-grade assets.

Jessica holds an MBA from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management, as well as an MBA from Copenhagen Business School, and a BA in Finance and Computer Science from the University of St. Thomas. Additionally, she has completed studies at Instituto Centroamericano de Administración de Empresas and Richmond, The American International University in London, bringing a global perspective and technical sophistication to her investment research.
