Lee Feltman

Lee Feltman is Vice President, Research & Investment Management at Sit Investment Associates, Inc., one of the largest independent investment firms in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this role, he leads equity research efforts, providing both fundamental and quantitative analyses to the firm’s equity team, with particular responsibility for investment decision-making and strategy development.

He specializes as a generalist with a focus on the energy sector and conducts fundamental research on energy companies as well as companies based in Japan. Over his tenure, Lee has developed deep expertise across diverse sectors, but stands out for his work in energy and quantitative research disciplines within equity investing.

Lee began his career at Sit Investment Associates in 2007 as an intern and advanced through roles as Equity Research Associate and Analyst before assuming his current leadership position in 2022. He holds a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management and is a CFA charterholder. His significant contributions include driving innovation in research processes and fostering analytical excellence within the asset management industry.
