Adam Mezan

Adam Mezan is a portfolio manager and equity research analyst at Victory Capital Management, Inc., based in Berkeley, CA. He leads investment research and portfolio management for the RS Global and RS International strategies, which focus on exploiting inefficiencies in global equity markets through a combination of quantitative analysis and fundamental bottom-up research. His work specifically concentrates on developed and emerging international equities across sectors such as industrials, automotive, and business/industrial services, with a geographic emphasis on continental Europe, the United Kingdom, Japan, and the Asia/Pacific region.

Before joining Victory Capital via RS Investments in 2014, Adam Mezan served as Vice President at Nomura Asset Management in London, where he covered global industrials and the auto industry, and as an Equity Research Associate at CIBC World Markets in Toronto, focusing on North American business and industrial services companies. His expertise spans global equities research, portfolio construction, and risk management, with notable contributions to developing quantitative and fundamental research processes for international investment strategies.

Mr. Mezan holds a B.A. from Duke University and an MBA with a focus in Accounting and Finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He is also a CFA® charterholder, reinforcing his expertise in financial analysis and investment management.
