Chris Dyer

Chris Dyer is the Director of Fund Administration and President of Victory Funds at Victory Capital Management Inc., based in North Ridgeville, Ohio. In his role, he leads the oversight and administration of the Victory Funds platform, which comprises a diverse family of mutual funds and related pooled investment products. He is responsible for ensuring compliance, operational efficiency, and strategic development across the fund administration function within the asset management firm.

Dyer's work at Victory Capital spans over two decades, during which he held progressively senior positions, including Director of Fund Administration and Secretary, prior to his current appointment as President of Victory Funds. His expertise centers on U.S. registered mutual funds, fund governance, and regulatory oversight with a focus on U.S. equity, fixed income, and indexed strategies, including products linked to large-cap domestic indices such as the Victory US Large Cap 500 Index.

He earned his Master of Business Administration from Cleveland State University and a BA in Economics from the State University of New York College at Potsdam. Dyer is recognized for his deep institutional knowledge, leadership in fund administration, and contributions to the continued evolution of Victory Capital’s mutual fund offerings.
