Jerry Guo

Jerry Guo is a Principal at Dragoneer Investment Group in San Francisco, where he focuses on identifying and executing investments in high-growth technology and internet companies. In his current role, he is involved in both private and public market transactions, working across Dragoneer's core sectors such as software, fintech, and consumer internet businesses.

Prior to joining Dragoneer, Jerry gained experience in private equity and growth equity investing at TPG from 2016 to 2020, where he evaluated and managed investments across diverse industries. He began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Evercore, building analytical expertise in financial markets and transaction execution.

Jerry holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Science in Economics in Finance and Accounting from the University of Pennsylvania and The Wharton School. With a strong foundation in both technology and finance, Jerry specializes in investments that leverage digital innovation and disruptive business models within the broader financial services and technology sectors.
