Pat Robertson

Pat Robertson is a Partner and President at Dragoneer Investment Group, LLC, based in San Francisco. In this role, Robertson oversees the firm's operations, including strategy, human capital, legal affairs, transaction execution, trading, accounting, and capital formation, as well as portfolio and risk management. His leadership is integral to Dragoneer’s investment process across both public and private markets.

Throughout his career, Robertson has played a key part in Dragoneer’s focus on alternative investments, growth equity, and crossover investing—particularly in sectors like technology, SaaS, fintech, healthcare, and internet services. He is known for structuring investments in scalable, high-growth companies and has facilitated Dragoneer's major deals, including backing companies like Airbnb and Uber, as well as leading high-profile SPAC transactions and IPOs.

Before Dragoneer, Robertson served as Vice President at Hall Capital Partners and as an associate at Goldman Sachs, and previously worked as an M&A attorney at Kirkland & Ellis. He holds a JD from Harvard Law School and an AB in Economics and History from Brown University, and is a CFA Charterholder, reflecting a robust expertise in investment management, corporate law, and financial analysis.
